This golf safari takes in a fantastic week in the north of South Africa which includes golf on two of the countries top courses. You will start with three days at the Sun City resort before travelling east to the Kruger National Park area where you will enjoy some game viewing while staying at a Kruger Game Lodge as well as playing a round of golf on the Leopard Creek Golf Course.

Day 1 of the tour
This morning you will arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg to be met by one of our company representatives. You will then be handed all of your tour documents and have everything to do with your tour explained to you as well as be taken to collect your rental vehicle. Once you have your rental vehicle you will then depart the airport and travel approximately two hours to Sun City. On arrival at Sun City you will check into your hotel and then have the rest of the afternoon at leisure to enjoy all the facilities on offer. Casino’s, Restaurants, 2 Golf Courses, Inland Ocean & Beach, Water Sports and much more.

Day 2 of the tour
This morning you will have a round of golf on the Gary Player Golf Course at Sun City - currently rated as South Africa’s second best golf course. After golf you will have the rest of the afternoon at leisure to enjoy the resort facilities. You may decide to book yourself onto an optional extra afternoon game drive into the Pilanesberg National Park. This game reserve is home to the "Big 5" (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo) as well as many other wild animals.

Day 3 of the tour
A final round of golf this morning on the Lost City Golf Course. Watch out for the 13th Hole - Par 3 - Crocodile Pit. After golf you can have lunch in the clubhouse and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure once again to enjoy the resort facilities.

Day 4 of the tour
This morning you will check out of your hotel and depart Sun City fairly early and as you travel (approximately 6 hours) east past Pretoria and on to the Mpumalanga Province. In the afternoon you will arrive at Kwa-Madwala Private Game Reserve where you will check in to your luxurious rooms. Later this afternoon you will have your first chance to view South Africa’s abundant wildlife when you partake in sundowner game drive on an open 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional game ranger. Kwa-Madwala is home to a variety of game species including Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Giraffe and Zebra to name just a few. Dinner this evening could be served in the boma with its huge central fire place or on the main dining deck.

Day 5 of the tour
This morning you will play a round of golf that will no doubt be the highlight of your tour. You will play on the number one rated course in South Africa - Leopard Creek Golf Course. After golf you will return to Kwa-Madwala Private Game Reserve where you will be at leisure for the rest of the afternoon to take part in any of the following optional extra game viewing activities that are on offer from the lodge.

Day 6 of the tour
Today you will be at leisure to take part in any of the optional extra game viewing activities as mentioned above. You may also decide to drive yourself into the Greater Kruger National Park for a day of game viewing at your own leisure.
| The world-renowned Kruger National Park, which sprawls across nearly 20 000 sq kilometres of hot, flattish lowveld terrain in the far northeast of South Africa, ranks among the finest game sanctuaries in the world. Few visitors come away disappointed. The sky is big, the horizons are far and the great expanses of the bushveld remain remarkably unspoilt. All the roads, rest camps and other man-made features only account for about 2 percent of the park's area, the rest is pure wilderness. No other sanctuary in Africa can match the Kruger in the number and variety of its life forms: the savannah plains of the park, the forest and riverine reaches are home to nearly 150 kinds of mammal, including the 'Big 5' (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard and Buffalo), more than 500 bird species, 112 reptile types (50 of them snakes of one sort or another), 49 of fish, 34 of amphibian, an uncountable diversity of insects, 500 types of tree and vast array of shrubs, grasses and bulbous plants. |

Day 7 of the tour
This morning you will again be at leisure to do any of the optional extra game viewing activities as mentioned above before you depart Kwa-Madwala Private Game Reserve and travel back to Johannesburg (approximately 4½ hours). On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport you will drop off your rental car and then board your onward flight home.
