Day 1 of the tour Arrive at OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) in the morning to be met by your Kruger Park tour guide. An early start as we drive from the highveld to the lowveld region of the Mpumalanga Province, taking in the vast changes in scenery until we reach the southern border of the Kruger National Park. Once we enter the Kruger Park we will be on the lookout for the “Big 5” (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Leopard, and Buffalo) for the rest of the afternoon, this is until we reach our magnificent rest camp. We enjoy a relaxing buffet dinner at our rest camp inside the Kruger National Park this evening.

*** Please note that there are two options for dinner at the rest camp. You can either eat in the Cafeteria or at the Buffet Restaurant (this will be for your own account).
 Day 2 of the tour We begin with an early morning game drive in the Kruger National Park, accompanied by your guide where you will witness a stunning sunrise on yet another splendid day in glorious South Africa. You will return from your game drive to enjoy a large buffet breakfast. We depart from our rest camp and enjoy game viewing as well as take in all the beautiful nature that South Africa has to offer as we venture on to our next rest camp, Satara. Dinner will again be a relaxing buffet at our rest camp inside the Kruger National Park.

*** There is also the daily option to do an optional extra sunrise or sunset game drive on an open safari vehicle with a Kruger National Park Safari game ranger. These game drives are about three hours in length and cost about R160 per person. *** Please note that there are two options for dinner at the rest camp. You can either eat in the Cafeteria or at the Buffet Restaurant (this will be for your own account).
 Day 3 of the tour Begin with an early game drive with your tour guide, before returning for breakfast at our rest camp. After breakfast, enjoy another magnificent day searching for the last of the “Big 5” that may still be eluding us. We will check in later this afternoon at our final rest camp - Skukuza, located in the heart of the Kruger National Park and again have dinner in the camp restaurant.

 Day 4 of the tour On this morning, we will depart from our rest camp early in order to enjoy a final leg of game viewing on our Kruger National Park tour. Once we exit the park, we will stop for a buffet breakfast at the lovely Hippo Hollow hotel in Hazyview. After breakfast we embark on a languid day of driving through the most scenic region in South Africa - the Panorama Route. The Panorama Route is situated along the Blyde River Canyon which is said to be the third deepest canyon in the world, and one of the world’s only year-round green canyons. We stop at a number of view points along the way, namely God’s Window, the Bourke’s Luck Potholes and the Three Rondawels. Once we have finished taking in these awe inspiring sights, we continue our journey back to Johannesburg where we bypass the towns of Lydenburg, Dullstroom and Belfast. The tour ends in the late afternoon at either OR Tambo International Airport or at the accommodation of your choice in the Johannesburg or Pretoria area.
